Seventh Annual Russian Hedge Fund Industry Awards Recognize Best Performing Funds from 2020
On May 31, 2021 money managers and investors will get together in a trendy restaurant in Moscow for a high-profile ceremony called the Russian Hedge Fund Industry Awards 2021.
Moscow Hedge Fund Managers Club (MHFMC) in partnership with National Alternative Investment Management Association (NAIMA) annually organizes the only awards ceremony celebrating the excellence and achievements of Russia-based hedge fund managers and advisors. The lead sponsors of this year's event are Bloomberg and Exante.
The awards identify the best performing hedge funds with at least one year of independently verified track record, advised by investment teams with Russian background regardless of the geographical focus of the funds. Awards categories include: Best Equity Fund (Global), Best Derivatives Fund, Best Fixed-Income Fund, Best Multi-Asset Fund (Global), Best Long-Only Equity Fund (Russia), Best Long-Short Equity Fund (Russia), Best Multi-Asset Fund (Russia), Best 3-Year Annualized Return, and Best 3-Year Sharpe Ratio. Separate nominations also recognized the year's Rising Star and the most widely-used service providers to our hedge fund industry.
All winners are selected based on quantitative data for the year ended December 31, 2020 collected and analyzed by MHFMC and verified by NAIMA.
