On March 18,  Moscow Hedge Fund Managers Club with the support of NAIMA will hold Business Breakfast with partners of Collas Crill - one of the leading offshore law firms in the world.

We will discuss the laws on economic substance, which came into force at the beginning of the year in jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands and BVI. Together we will look for solutions for offshore managers, for whom this topic is doubly painful due to licensing restrictions.

Managing partners Stephen Nelson and Alan de Saram (Cayman Islands), as well as Mike Williams (British virgin Islands / Jersey) will answer questions about the new legislation and its application for fund management companies and investment advisors.

Registration is at the link below. For members and partners on NAIMA there is 10% discount on tickets. To obtain a promotional code please write to Darya (db@naima-russia.org)
